Can I have multiple members on my account?

Yes! We offer discounted rates for multiple-person-memberships. As long as you belong to the same household, you can have up to 4 people on the same account. Please visit our memberships page to register!

Do I have to come in during staffed hours?

Nope, Chop Shop Physiques is a 24 hour gym! Your mobile access works around the clock. If you do need to talk to staff, you can call or come by during staffed hours. See below.

How do I update my payment method?

At this current time, please contact our staff below to change your payment method on file. We are currently in the process of rolling out a new system that will allow members to manage their payment method themselves in the future.

Do I need to register through the website each month?

Nope! We've had some confusion in the past in regard to this. Once you've signed up initially, we will renew payment on a monthly basis using the card you entered, until cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?

We're sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your membership, please contact us through the form below with the name and email address of the account you'd like to cancel. If you have multiple members on the same account, please mention which members will be removed.
