My name is Josh Sykes and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past 5 years. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with anyone beginning their fitness journey and with those looking to progress to the next level. I have a passion for strength and hypertrophy training as well as nutrition. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to creating an inclusive, safe, and fun workout experience for everyone.
