My name is Kendra, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. In addition, I am a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach. I aspire to empower women of all ages and stages, teaching them how to love and support their bodies from the inside out. Growing up as a dancer, I discovered how important it was for me to take care of my personal health and wellness. The unhealthy relationship I had with exercise and body image in my past, has truly shaped me into the trainer I am today.
