Hi everyone! My name is Kendra, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. As a trainer, I aspire to provide my clients with a welcoming and personal experience that will guide them on the path to reaching their goals. Growing up as a dancer, I discovered how important it was for me to take care of my personal health and wellness. The unhealthy relationship I had with exercise in my past, has truly shaped me into the trainer I am today.
