After accomplishing my own weight loss goals and falling in love with fitness, I wanted to help others do the same. I got my Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma in 2018 and have helped numerous clients look and feel their best. I’ve also worked with elite level youth hockey players which got me into the more sports performance side of fitness. Following a car accident in 2019, I became well versed in injury rehab which then led me to go back to school to get my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Biology. I am now a Clinical Exercise Physiologist which has equipped me with the tools to help a variety of individuals beyond what I could as a Personal Trainer. I am also certified with a Sports Nutrition Advisor Masters that allows me to consult with individuals about their diets, give them guidance in how to optimize their eating habits and help improve their relationship with food. I also have a background in psychology and hormones.
