We have talked to a lot of people in the weight training community and ensured that we have more than enough of the things that you love to see. You'll never have to wait to use a dumbbell or a squat rack again.
Trying to find a facility for off-season sport specific training? Our strength and agility training section has just what you need to step up your game for next season. Prefer working out with a group? The facility has a group fitness section that offers a variety of classes all week long!
How do you like to lift? If free weights are your thing, we’ve got you covered. Dumbbells up to 130Lbs., 3 Bench presses, Olympic platform and squat racks, military press and lots more plate loaded equipment! More into the cable machines? We have you covered there too. With two multi function cable towers and tons of select-a-size equipment, you can hit every muscle group without ever having to move a plate!
Our locker rooms are a step above what you would expect from a 24hr facility. Private showers, secure lockers for your belongings and a dry change area so you don’t have to wait if you just need to change and go!
Need to do some dryland training for your chosen sport? We have everything you need to do sled work, plyometrics, turf ladder training and more. Use our turf area for walking lunges, bear crawls, jumping drills and lots of other interval activities.
If you are looking for a place to get your morning cardio in before work, you’re in luck! With lots of different cardio options from battle ropes to treadmills, you’ll find lots of ways to sweat! Having trouble doing long cardio sessions? Stay entertained watching Netflix or surfing the web on our cardio tablets!
Once you finish with the weights and cardio, there is no better place to stretch out than in our 800sq.ft studio space! Exercise balls, ab mats, steps, TRX equipment, bands, skipping ropes, medicine balls, foam rollers… we’ve got everything you need to do an interactive workout or just stretch those muscles out after a long day at work!
